Notice of annual general meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the TRAIL RUNNERS ASSOCIATION OF HONG KONG LIMITED ("the Association") will be held at Cafe 8, Roof, Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Pier 8, Central, Hong Kong on April 20, 2019 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions:

- To approve the Association's audited financial statements;
- To elect Members of the Executive Committee;
- To re-appoint Auditors; and
- To consider any other ordinary business.
